The objective of the proposed system is to provide attention for the talents of the students who are in the level of poverty and in rural areas to make sure they are getting sponsorship for their Education and Sports career. As a basic registration there will be some criteria to produce softcopies of their achievements and other documents. In order to grab more attention of the deserving candidates we are implementing a ranking based System to help the sponsors to find the right hardworking and passionate students and also a machine learning algorithm is used to make things easy for the sponsors to predict the amount the student needs . The ranking will be based on ratings of students and it is based on their regular achievements in education or in sports. The machine learning algorithm will help the sponsors to predict the amount that student needs without even contacting them. Ranking system will be based on the rating that a sponsor gives upon sponsoring the student and chances of getting sponsorship will be based on the rating of the student which keeps on changing in the leader board. The web portal is completely a non-profitable organisation, which is just an intermediate between the students and the sponsors to find the right and hardworking candidate. There will be no payment system in the web portal the payments are done between student and the sponsor upon verifying documents provided by the student in the web portal or sponsor can request extra verification documents from the student before sponsoring them.
